2. Description of Platform Services

Feedple AI provides automated customer engagement tools, data analysis capabilities, knowledge base management, and automation workflow engines. You understand that AI responses are generated based on available tools, workspace data evidence, and uploaded knowledge documents.

3. User Account & SDK Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials, API keys, and SDK connection tokens. You must notify us immediately at support@feedple.com upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Feedple AI services to:

• Send unsolicited spam, fraudulent messages, or illegal communications.
• Attempt to bypass security boundaries, breach cross-tenant isolation, or reverse engineer platform SDKs.
• Transmit malicious content, viruses, or code intended to harm systems or databases.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of Feedple AI platform services. However, service may be temporarily interrupted for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or emergency fixes. We reserve the right to modify or enhance platform features as needed.
